The Head of Sourcing is the lead in region responsible for all activities for Men's Purple Label.

This leader will manage all aspects of Product development and Production from Design Handoff through final finished goods delivery to our DC.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Responsible for Supplier/Vendor Management.

Prepare seasonal strategies, present opportunities, manage risks.

- Responsible for all Sourcing Activities & Vendor Management: Onboarding, Monitoring, Compliance, Allocations, Capacity & Quality execution.

Drive sustainability goals, data analytics, and reporting metrics

- Lead and ensure coordination of all Product Development, Fabric/Trim, and Procurement teams.

- Responsible for all costing activities to ensure price/value and achieve company targets seasonally.

- Manage seasonal calendars, regional budgets.

- Monitor and plan execution of all seasonal milestones: Fittings/Sample Approvals/Showroom deadlines, stock approvals, etc.

- Oversee all stages of Production to achieve required milestones and deliveries.

- Partner with cross functional teams in Design, Merchandising, and Production on all aspects of the business

- Ensure Production schedules are monitored and communicated to teams in New York.

Track all WIP and report seasonally.

Trouble shoot issues and solve problems.

- Spearhead and coordinate all special projects, VIP, VIC events Met Gala Fashion shows with New York Team

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

- 10+ years of Sourcing/Production experience in Luxury Apparel

- Excellence in Excel, PowerPoint, Word

- Fluent in English/Excellent Communication Skills

- Deep Product Knowledge of Men's Tailoring, and Sportswear all categories' Knits, Wovens and Sweaters

- Product Technical Expertise

- Strong Fabric Knowledge
