We are looking for a Head Pastry Chef to join the Zuma family in Rome, to continue the development of our decadent pastry offering.

You will be working in partnership with the Global Pastry Chef and Head Chef to ensure the delivery of Zuma quality and style of pastry and desserts.

Experience with Japanese cuisine would be advantageous, however the style of pastry delivered is predominately classical technique incorporating Japanese ingredients such as yuzu, green tea and cherry blossom.

Zuma is a luxury high volume operation, applicants should be comfortable delivering the same levels of quality pastry in a busy fast paced restaurant.
