Role Description This is a full-time Head Waiter role located on-site in Positano.

The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing customer service, food & beverage operations, food service, communication, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skillsExperience in Food & Beverage and Food ServiceAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizationPrevious experience in a similar role is preferredKnowledge of Italian cuisine and wines is a plusFluency in English and Italian languages
