The da Gabrisa restaurant on the ground floor offers regional dishes with an extensive wine list, while the Tulip Bar provides a wide selection of spirits and cocktails.

Role Description This is a full-time Head Waiter role located on-site in Positano.

The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing customer service, food & beverage operations, food service, communication, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines is a plus Fluency in English and Italian languages
