**The Hoxton has landed in Italy!

In May 2021 we opened The Hoxton, Rome and we're now looking for an outgoing

**Head Waiter/Waitress** to help run the day-to-day F&B operations at The Hoxton, Rome.

- Reporting to our Outlet Manager/Director of Operations you are responsible for creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests and your colleagues, and will also be expected to ensure smooth linear service, supervising Team activities, in the absence of the ranking superior.

The Hoxton, Rome is our 10th Hoxton and boasts 192 bedrooms of different sizes.

Cugino is our large coffee bar and takeaway counter, and Beverly is our light-flooded restaurant.

The Apartment is our unique meetings & events space concept, consisting of 5 rooms connecting to our communal kitchen area.

**What you'll do. . . **:

- Supervise the service, leading the Team and making sure there are no issues.

- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to relax and enjoy themselves.

- Work with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly and in order.

- Comply with department policies/procedures/service standards.

- Anticipate the needs of our guests with attentive and intuitive service.

- Pay attention to dissatisfied guests and respond appropriately to ensure their satisfaction.

- Assess guests' needs and preferences so as to be able to advise appropriately.

- Handle potential complaints from guests promptly and follow-up with their department heads and/or possibly additional department heads involved.

- Comply with safety and HACCP standards.
