THE ROLE You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to support IIT research activity.

The Health & Safety Directorate is coordinated by Dr. Ilaria Monaldi.

Main Responsibilities: Occupational safety Inspections in the workplace Support in the coordination of safety and environmental management systems ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Diploma/three-year Degree in Scientific fields Good knowledge of the English language Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite Strong focus on stakeholder needs and expectations Predisposition to team working Proactivity and problem solving Availability to travel for short periods throughout the country ADDITIONAL SKILLS Previous experience in the above-mentioned activities Knowledge of current safety and environmental standards and regulations Degree in Prevention techniques in the environment and in the workplace L/SNT4 High motivation to learn Good at time and priority management Ability to work in a challenging and international environment Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment Possess analytical reasoning skills and a growth mindset COMPENSATION PACKAGE A yearly gross salary ranging between 22. 000, 00 Euro and 24. 000, 00 Euro Two days of teleworking per week and flexible working hours are available for certain roles Meal vouchers depending on your work contract Candidate holding a bachelor's or master's degree who have not been resident in Italy in the last 3 years and move back to Italy to start any work activity, and meet specific requirements, can benefit from a 50% deduction on their income.
