THE ROLE You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to support IIT research activity.

The Health & Safety Directorate is coordinated by Dr. Ilaria Monaldi.

Main Responsibilities: Occupational safetyInspections in the workplaceSupport in the coordination of safety and environmental management systemsESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Diploma/three-year Degree in Scientific fieldsGood knowledge of the English languageFamiliarity with the Microsoft Office SuiteStrong focus on stakeholder needs and expectationsPredisposition to team workingProactivity and problem solvingAvailability to travel for short periods throughout the countryADDITIONAL SKILLS Previous experience in the above-mentioned activitiesKnowledge of current safety and environmental standards and regulationsDegree in Prevention techniques in the environment and in the workplace L/SNT4High motivation to learnGood at time and priority managementAbility to work in a challenging and international environmentCapacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environmentPossess analytical reasoning skills and a growth mindsetCOMPENSATION PACKAGE A yearly gross salary ranging between 22. 000, 00 Euro and 24. 000, 00 EuroTwo days of teleworking per week and flexible working hours are available for certain rolesMeal vouchers depending on your work contractCandidate holding a bachelor's or master's degree who have not been resident in Italy in the last 3 years and move back to Italy to start any work activity, and meet specific requirements, can benefit from a 50% deduction on their income.
