Feel the Olympic and Paralympic energy by joining us at Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026, leaving a mark in sports history!BREAK THE ICE!Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, responsible for the organization, promotion, and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games. Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, and over 2, 300 municipalities directly involved over an area of 22, 000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee was established in 2019 to organize the Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina, and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen, are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. The candidate will be placed within the Corporate Safety and Health Function and will perform and support tasks reporting to the HSE Director. Responsibilities:Contribute to the identification of risk factors and risk assessment in compliance with the Italian regulations in force;Manage the organization of training and health surveillance;Oversee H&S requirements in contractor contracts;Elaborate, propose, and promote preventive and protective measures and control systems of these measures in occupational and environmental safety;Carry out internal and on-site audits;Supervise actions defined following audits and analysis of near misses;Participate in project teams for activities in the venues as the Function's contact person;Manage suppliers responsible for safety management;Collaborate with competent bodies and administrations concerning the safety of workers;Collaborate with other Corporate Functions in preparing technical/operational documentation on workplace safety;Propose and organize training events on work safety and environmental issues;Verify that suppliers operate in compliance with company HSE policies;Draft works councils and interference management;Verify contractor documents as per art.
26 comma 8 Dlgs 81/2008. Minimum Requirements:6/10 years' experience in the role, in project activities in major events companies or industry consulting companies;Previous experience in construction and auditing activities is preferable;Adequate knowledge of environmental legislation, occupational safety, and ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards;Minimum education: Degree;Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of Office package, particularly advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
