The figure will support the HSE Manager in implementing Health, Safety, and Environment Policies throughout the European company organization, ensuring compliance with legal requirements on health, safety, and the environment in the workplace.

Main activities Support the office in updating the Risk Assessment document and drawing up procedures relating to safety and health in the workplace and environmental prevention. Support the office in maintaining compliance with laws on health surveillance, training for workers, and rules relating to health and safety in the workplace. Support the office in maintaining emergency procedures and assist in organizing periodic evacuation drills. Support the office in identifying overlap risks with external companies that provide maintenance and services within the business context, in order to draw up the appropriate documents. Requirements Master's Degree in Prevention and Safety or equivalent experience in the HSE field; technical diploma profiles, preferably surveyor or mechanical expert, will also be considered. ASPP qualification; Health & Safety trainer qualification is a plus. Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. The ability to work in a team is essential. Dynamic, result-oriented, reliable, and precise. Problem-solving and decision-making approach. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Availability to travel. Workplace: Legnano (MI)
