Health & Security Specialist
In line with Richemont Europe security strategy and objectives, the Health Security Specialist supports the line manager and the external RSPP to develop and deliver the Health and Safety strategy, alongside the day to day implementation of Health and Safety projects, directives and strategies across the Market. How will you make an impact? Implement all the HS activities in association with the external RSPP. Compile and deliver HSE training to all staff. Ensure compliance with Richemont HSE group Management Policies, Standards and Guidance. Ensure that each project has a Safety Environmental plan including an emergency preparedness plan in place, which is communicated and implemented by allDevelop the skills of site based management staff and sub-contractors in all areas of health and safety and environment. Conduct / Organize inductions / audits /inspections and carry out compliance checks of basic Fire Safety and Health Safety standards in Boutiques and other in scope Richemont locations in association with the external RSPP. Ensure in association with the external RSPP all occupational injuries/illnesses, dangerous occurrences, incidents and at risk behaviors are fully investigated and reported with findings and recommendations for preventive action and corrective action where appropriate. Advise and assist in all risk assessment activities. Engage and work with external contractors and suppliers in the management and delivery of Health and Safety and Fire Safety. Build relationships with key stakeholders within the organization. Support the development of measurement systems to ensure that Health and Safety performance are accurately monitored. Identify possible operations risks and opportunities and work with Facility and Security team to ensure an appropriate and effective response. Participate in association with the external RSPP in the Local HSE Management Committee. Closely monitor the level of service provided. How will you experience success with us?
Previous experience as local HSE Specialist Good knowledge of ISO 14001/ISO 45001 standardsScience or Technical based engineering degree, preferably in mechanical or chemical industryWorking towards or already achieved a professional HSE qualification e. g.
NEBOSH international certificate (ideally) or equivalent e. g.
Master in occupational Safety and Health, recognized by AIAS (Associazione professionale Italiana Ambiente e Sicurezza)Fluent in Italian and English (French would be a plus)Strong planning and organization skills, problem solver and resilient to stressful situationsPositive and proactive attitude, enjoys collaborating with internal and external stakeholdersGood relationship building skills, adapt their communication to the audienceWhat makes our group different?
