Located in the pop San Lorenzo district, Soho House Rome, is a private members club with 69 bedrooms, a rooftop pool, a gym, a cinema and events spaces.

On the 8th floor is Cowshed Spa and Health Club.

**The role**. . .

We are recruiting a enthusiastic and proactive Health Club Lead Therapist:

- To be responsible for the delivery of beauty services/treatments, as well as leading and contributing to research projects, and providing knowledge and insight to product development projects

- To lead whole-staff training and be an ambassador for the Soho House brand and vision

- To liaise professionally with colleagues and external professionals as appropriate

- To ensure that the client receives the highest standard of spa treatment (massages, waxing, pedicure, manicure, body treatments and facials)

- To deal with guests requests and queries in a polite and friendly manner

- To ensure that clients are comfortable and at ease with the facilities that the spa offers

- Manage the treatment room standards (constantly checking to ensure that they are being maintained to the prescribed hygiene standards, maintaining health and safety)

- Assist the Spa Manager in the daily operations of the Spa i. e.

inventory of professional products, cleanliness of all areas, linen control

**Requirements**:

- Have 5-6 year experience in a similar environment and role/position

- Have a background in the retail or beauty industry

- Are up to date with health and well-being trends throughout the World

- Offer excellent customer service

Only those Health Club Lead Therapists who are eligible to work in Italy or have a valid Italian work permit/visa will be considered for the above position.
