Right now, you have a unique possibility to join as a Jr Health Economics & Market Access Specialist.

**As a Health Economics & Market Access Specialist Jr your responsibilities will include

- Generate health economic and sustainability evidence for our products, including budget impact, cost-comparison studies and cost-effectiveness analyses in particular in Pulmo and Uro.

- Develop health economic and sustainability sales support tools for hospital stakeholders.

- Design studies to generate needed data to support reimbursement/coding efforts.

- Support the Health Economic & Market Access Italy by conducting budget impact models for large accounts in both public and private sectors.

- Communicate health economic and sustainability results with internal and external customers in order to manage business relationships with all Stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

- Design studies to generate the necessary data to support product value-added and reimbursement/coding initiatives.

- Work with external Societies to communicate results and influence decision making to promote the use of disposable products.

- Support the Health Economic & Market Access Italy to formulate an innovative Value Proposition to support the entire product life cycle.

- Support the Health Economic & Market Access Italy to anticipate changes affecting product access and to translate national/regional dynamics into national/local opportunities and risks.

- Support in managing relationships with health and policy institutions to promote corporate value and facilitate market access.

- Support in developing and implementing engagement plans for institutions, policy makers, and patient associations with the aim of positioning the company as a partner of choice.

- Assist Marketing and Sales with any health economic resources, sustainability issues or questions around costs involving our products.

- Represent AMBU Italy at national and international events/meetings.

**Your background

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper.

You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have:

- Master's degree in science or economics, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or a postgraduate course in Market Access / Health Economics

- Strong knowledge of the Italian National Health System, healthcare policies, and pricing & reimbursement (P&R).

- Expertise in health economics (HE), health technology assessment (HTA), and real-world evidence (RWE), including models like BIM, CEM, and CEA.

- Familiarity with the medical device market, environmental sustainability issues in healthcare, and the role of a health economist.

- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders.

- Proactive, results-driven, and collaborative approach with a commitment to consultative decision-making.

- Fluent in Italian and English at a business level, proficient in IT tools (Office Suite, IA, CRM), and preferably based in Rome.
