**Your Job

Do you want to be the next Health, Safety and Environment Specialist within the International HSE team to ensure compliance with the local legislative requirements for health and safety support.

As our HSE Specialist you will support the implementation of guidelines according to the Italian legislation.

**We are also counting on you to**:

- Developing and standardise local procedures aligned with global;

- Ensuring that HSE and compliance standards are kept accurate with a focus on KPI, preparing regular and ad hoc reports;

- Assisting the National HSE Advisor in conducting risk assessments, audits and inspections;

- Direct communication with our external providers and various partners;

- Helping on incident investigations and EHS action management;

- Coach and train the organisation about policies, procedures and compliance with HSE regulations;

- Project Management: plan activities, supervise each phase of the project, time & cost and deliverables in cooperation with all relevant collaborators;

- Assisting the HSE Advisor to ensure delivery of Safety performance in line with personal, team and functional goals and objectives, facilitating or arranging training programs.

Here is what you need to be successful in this role**:

- 2-3 years experience either in Health& Safety or Project Management field;

- Degree in Engineering, Environmental sciences or relevant fields, Economics.

- Knowledge of the Italian HSE law (81/08 decree);

- Good communication skills and ability to liaise with different people;

- Collaboration and ;

- Problem solving and think out of the box mindset;

- Mastery Google Suite or Excel usage;

- Lean, 5S and Kaizen qualifications/experience is a higher plus;

- Fluent in English and Italian;
