Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and evaluate the risks present in the workplace, draw up and update risk assessment documents, identify risk prevention and protection measures

- Assess the training needs of personnel exposed to these risks

- Manage the database relating to staff training, the health surveillance of personnel, the schedule of certifications and checks of equipment

- Support in drawing up and implementing corporate HSE plans

- Carry out internal audits on the environment and safety

- Implement operating instructions, procedures and good practices in the R&D Center and sites

- Prepare the documentation on the environment, health and safety required by law

- Verify safety devices and work equipment.

Ensure the Site Manager, through the dependent structure, the specialized support as to define strategies and policies of the plant in the field of Quality, Safety and Environment, elaborating / proposing the function budget, directing / coordinating the functional structure for

- Draw up periodic reports on the progress of: Inspection Visits, Customer Complaints, Corrective / Preventive Actions, Non-Conformities, Reports (followed by Management Review)

- Contribute, through his/her activity and dependent structure, to the verification of regulatory compliance in the field of Health and Safety and environmental protection and prevention from the risk of accidents, drawing up Emergency Plans.

- Effectively manage and investigate any incidents and near-misses proposing solutions

- Draft Duvri and coordinate the operational functions concerned

- Collaborate to solve problems related to the disposal of special waste

- Knowledge of ADR regulations

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:

- University Degree in Engineering or experience in the role of RSPP in Chemical Companies

- Knowledge of UNI ISO 9001:2018 UNI ISO 45001:2018 and UNI ISO 14001:2015 standards

- Knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08, Legislative Decree 152/06 and Legislative Decree no.

101/20 together with sector regulations

- Ability to prioritize and problem solving

- Good communication skills

- Ability of Office package, welcome knowledge of AUTOCAD

- English language knowledge (middle level)
