Are you a seasoned Health Safety professional with a passion for renewable energy? We are seeking a Health Safety Specialist to join a leading Solar Storage IPP. Based in Milan, you'll ensure that health and safety protocols are upheld across all stages of solar PV project construction and operation. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement Health Safety plans for large-scale solar projects during construction and OM phases. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards. Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety. Monitor and report on safety performance, identifying areas for improvement. Provide training and guidance to teams on Health Safety best practices. Requirements:Have 3+ years of experience in Health Safety roles within large-scale solar or renewable energy projects. Possess in-depth knowledge of Italian HSE regulations and international standards. Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills. Be fluent in Italian and English.
