Healthcare Account Manager Milan, Italy Main Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth within the healthcare market segment. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation, follow trends of PNRR spending to seize scaled opportunities. Build strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare decision-makers (C-suite, IT directors, etc.
)Understand the specific needs and challenges of healthcare organizations in terms of ICT and telecommunication infrastructure. Proactively present and propose solutions from our comprehensive portfolio of networking products and datacenter storage solutions tailored to the specific needs of each healthcare customer. Negotiate and close deals with healthcare institutions, ensuring adherence to company pricing and contract terms. Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Oversee the entire sales cycle, working closely with pre-sales engineers and post-sales support teams. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as territory sales team, product marketing, vertical reporting line, and support teams. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales pipeline, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the ICT or telecommunication industry. Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the Italian healthcare sector and its specific ICT needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels. Deep understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Fluency in Italian and English is required. Ability to travel within Italy is required.
