Thanks to a great, historic and positive relationship between Hays and Royal Danish Embassy in Rome, we are looking for a new Team member to join their Healthcare Team, in the Department of Economic Diplomacy.

A Healthcare Expert with International experience and interest in further developing relations within the Healthcare Sector between Italy and Denmark.

The Trade Council is the part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that, through advisers at the Danish representations around the world, solves tasks for companies within export, innovation, internationalization and investment promotion.

Il tuo nuovo ruoloYou will be responsible for assisting and supporting Danish Healthcare companies in Italy;You are expected to proactively reach out to Danish companies, both in Denmark and in Italy;You will engage with authorities, policy makers, and help companies grow, create valuable partnerships, and assist them in reaching their objectives;You will be measured by the success of your clients, and their accomplishment as well as several regional based KPIs set by headquarters in Copenhagen. Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successoA relevant academic education, e. g.

in International Studies, Economics or Political Science;You have a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience from the Healthcare Sector within consulting, Business Development or similar functions, coming from an International environment;Industry knowledge and an in-depth knowledge of the political landscape and health challenges;Ability to create close relationships with companies and authorities, and actively use your network in promoting Danish strongholds to key stakeholders;A business mind-set and a high degree of professionalism and trustworthiness;You work efficiently on your own but also within a Team;You are result oriented;Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian;Committed, outgoing and results-oriented;Ability to handle many relationships and projects at the same time - and is good at seeing opportunities and act accordingly. Cosa avrai in cambioYou will be hired at The Embassy of Denmark in Italy and be part of the Embassy staff and report directly to the Head of the Department of Economic Diplomacy at the Danish Embassy in Italy.

You will be employed as a local employee at the Embassy.

Salary is according to qualifications within a public organization.

5 weeks of paid annual leave and a flexible Danish working scheme.
