What you will do Advising strategically our clients working for Innovation, R&D, Medical Affairs or Marketing activities of major pharmaceutical groups in Italy Managing a team of consultants; this includes project supervision and continuing team training Managing the Quality of the projects that you or your team perform Elaborating along with our Business Development Managers our commercial proposals, defining the most appropriate methodology and budget to answer to various client's needs You will report directly to the Business Unit Director Your profile Must-have: You already have a work experience (4-5 years) in consulting You have a previous experience in project management A graduate (Master of Science) or a postgraduate degree (PhD) in a scientific or business field Fluency in Italian and English, French is a plus Requested qualities: Strong interpersonal skills, organizational/project planning, taste for excellence, entrepreneurship, ambition, autonomy, creativity, charisma, leadership Passionate about Healthcare, marketing, new technologies, new businesses and innovation International experiences will be appreciated Join the adventure Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Consulting Industries Business Consulting and Services J-18808-Ljbffr
