Healthcare It Solutions Operations Area Manager
Job Summary Professional figure dedicated to the management of Software, L. I. S.
and Middleware installations at Werfen customers.
Manages the implementation and evolution of technological solutions, in field and/or remotely, guaranteeing technical support and updating for the entire duration of the supply.
Defines priorities and coordinates resources needed to complete projects, Is the Customer's main technical point of contact throughout the entire life cycle of the IT solution.
Key Accountabilities Verify the Customer's expectations and their congruity with the solution offered and the existing contracts Verify the preparation of the hardware architecture and network infrastructure necessary for the correct implementation of the proposed solution, in relation to the relevant products, with particular attention to aspects related to security and remote connectivity Where necessary, provide the HITS team with information regarding the development of drivers and integrations in the installation phase Coordinate a group of people and ensure the best use and development of their professional skills Produce and keep updated the technical documentation necessary to support and maintain the product When required, carry out product training both on site and at the customer's site Manages technical assistance interventions on the products under its responsibility at the Customer's site Manage technical assistance calls escalated from the Help Line Carry out all the activities necessary for the evolution and updating of the IT solution at the Customer Manage all reporting and testing activities consistently with contractual provisions Interface with the CED, clinical engineering and laboratory representatives to implement the components of the technological solutions Identify the Customer's technical contacts for the implementation of security and remote connectivity technologies Collaborate with the Product Manager and PMO in gathering features to improve products or develop new ones.
(Product Italy Sprint) Manages information with sales for upselling on the managed customer base.
Networking/Key relationships Internal Stakeholders: BU HITS Sales Marketing Service Customer Service.
External Stakeholders: Customer Providers Subcontractors.
Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position: Education: IT Technical Diploma or computer science/biomedical engineering degree.
Experience: At least 5 years' experience in the role in the In Vitro Diagnostics sector and/or medical sector.
Skills & Capabilities: SAP Microsoft Office 365 Project Management tools Data management across communication networks Computer hardware and software knowledge.
Knowledge of network management Knowledge of virtualization environments Knowledge of the company organization Ability to plan, organize and project management methodologies Management of priorities Result orientation Leadership Decision making Problem solving Public Speaking Negotiation skills Communication and listening Flexibility/Adaptability Conflict management Stress management Travel requirements: Up to 70% of the activities.
