As we grow our Italian footprint, we are looking for a versatile, diligent, experienced Business/Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, working in an highly stimulating and growth-oriented environment.
This person will also act as Health&Safety Coordinator responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing company's employee safety at work.
**Responsibilities**:
- Personal/Business Assistance: meeting management, document management, travel arrangements and assistance with other duties when required
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
- Prepare facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required
- Oversee and coordinate Health&Safety activities
- Support ISO audits and processes
- Develop safety policies and procedures, conduct risks assessments
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and keep up to date on changes in safety regulations
- Collaborate with other company departments for relevant matters
- Observe best business practices and etiquette**Skills**:
Must have
- 2+ years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety
- 5+ years of experience as Personal/Business Assistant
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Italian C2 level
- English C1 level or higher
- Location: Turin (or ready to relocate)
