**The role**, reporting to the HHP Product Development Director, will be responsible of the following activities:

- To coordinate all the company functions which collaborate in the development and launch of a new product;

- To drive the overall product development process from the kick off till the project launch;

- To be a little-entrepreneur of the business generated from the new product which he is working on;

- To prepare and to structure the business plan with the collaboration of the controller;

- To evaluate the feasibility of the project;

- To collect financial information related to the cost of the investment needed to carry out the project;

- To follow the technical and design aspects;

- To submit the results obtained to all the people involved;

- To plan and manage the formal meetings to access and validate the robustness and consistency of the project evolution.

Good problem solving, excellent communications and solid organizational approach including attention to details are essential to be successful for the role.

Knowledge of production processes, ability of evaluating feasibility of the project together with leadership and negotiation skills complete the profile.

Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
