He-She will be Responsible for the Process quality review associated with the Repair & Manufacturing processes.

He-She will develop a year plan of Network Products qualification.

He-She collaborate with other functions and teams to drive improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.

**Roles and Responsibilities

- Ownership includes responsibilities to define with Shops, the Network qualification plan according to Repair procedure ensuring and supervising the execution of the plan itself

- Review qualification package to ensure process uniformity and standardization across Network

- Operative support to each Shop assuring qualification program execution including support to the tools utilization (eSQM, WF etc), monitoring qualification steps to ensure compliance with Repair procedure and organizing dedicated training to increase the adoption and awareness

- Identification of process optimization leveraging on qualification steps simplification as per procedure (sharing document, connection with other function as manufacturing, engineering etc)

- Daily support to reduce or remove any possible roadblock and contribute to qualification plan finalizatio

- Owner of farm out qualification process standardization across Network

- Responsible to lead a quality cultural transformation engaging and encouraging the Shops to follow the qualification process rigorously

- Support shops during the risk assessment analysis

- Drive as a PQE the extended Network qualification plan for Vendor

**Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).

Minimum of 2 additional years of experience in Production Quality.
