Job Highlights: Full-time, Monday through Friday Compensation Based on Experience Benefits: Competitive Compensation 401K - 4% Company Match Health, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance $25, 000 Life Insurance Policy (100% Employer Contribution) Health Savings Account Plan Option PTO & Holiday Pay Clothing Allowance Supportive Team Atmosphere Job Responsibilities: Loading and unloading equipment from vehicles used to transport it Inspecting equipment before and after use to ensure it's in good working order Driving or controlling heavy equipment to complete tasks at the construction site Monitoring performance and adjusting settings as required to perform tasks correctly Tracking scheduled maintenance of equipment and notifying their supervisor if maintenance is past due Filling out performance records to report problems with equipment and track where and when it was used Cleaning equipment after use and disposing of any collected scraps or waste Completing minor repair work as needed Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of safety protocols and the procedures used to control heavy equipment Coordination to use all the controls on pieces of equipment Possessing enough strength to operate the controls on heavy equipment Ability to remain stationary in the seat or operating area of the equipment for prolonged periods Problem-solving skills to diagnose issues with equipment Strong communication skills to interact with other workers on the jobsite Good noncommercial driver's license history to indicate a habit of safe driving Heavy Equipment may include: Excavators Forklifts Backhoes Graders Front-end loaders Certifications Preferred: Confined Space Excavation Certification OSHA 10 Why work for Bauer Infrastructure?
