Help Desk (Stage)
Amilon , a leading Italian company in the B2B Gift Card sector and part of the Zucchetti Group, is looking for an Intern Help Desk to join their IT Systems Team.
This is a great opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support and systems management.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for PCs, printers, smartphones, monitors, and other devices.
Assist with the management of Office and Microsoft 365 tools.
Support domain management and DNS configuration tasks.
Help manage user accounts, distribution lists, and protection groups on Active Directory.
Assist in the installation, management, and maintenance of Windows Server (e. g. , Domain Controller, Web Server (IIS), SQL Server).
Support basic network troubleshooting and TCP/IP configuration.
Assist in configuring, managing, and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Gain exposure to virtualization systems (e. g. , VMware) and basic SQL operations.
Desired Skills and Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Office and Microsoft 365.
Interest in networking concepts (TCP/IP) and network device management.
Willingness to learn about Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization.
Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Familiarity with Linux, Failover, Clustering, or Load Balancing concepts is a bonus.
A passion for technology and eagerness to learn.
