**Job description**:
**About Us**: Amaris is a prestigious consulting player in IT sector, recognized for our strategic approach to business and infrastructure field.
We are seeking a Helpdesk resource with a good background in infrastructure field to enhance our team's capabilities.
The resource will be integral to our operations, focusing on technical themes related to infrastructure processes and products.
Your role will require specific process competencies, as you will be dealing with detailed technical aspects of both processes and products within the infrastructure sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identifying hardware and software solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Diagnosing and repairing faults
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
- Replacing or repairing the computer parts
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
- Managing multiple cases at one time
- Testing and evaluating new technologies
**Profile Requirements**:
- Technical high-school diploma
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 / Google Suite
- Skills in active directory, DNS, SCCM
- Good knowledge of Italian and English both written and spoken
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Driving license and availability to business trips
- Full On-site (North-East of Milan)
