We are seeking a Helpdesk resource with a good background in the infrastructure field to enhance our team's capabilities.
Job Description: The resource will be integral to our operations, focusing on technical themes related to infrastructure processes and products.
Your role will require specific process competencies, as you will be dealing with detailed technical aspects of both processes and products within the infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities: Identifying hardware and software solutionsTroubleshooting technical issuesDiagnosing and repairing faultsInstalling and configuring hardware and softwareProviding timely and accurate customer feedbackTalking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problemFollowing up with clients to ensure the problem is resolvedReplacing or repairing computer partsProviding support in the form of procedural documentationManaging multiple cases at one timeTesting and evaluating new technologiesProfile Requirements: Technical high-school diplomaPrior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar roleProficiency in MS Office 365 / Google SuiteSkills in active directory, DNS, SCCMExperience with remote desktop applications and help desk softwareGood knowledge of Italian and English both written and spokenAttention to detail and good problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsDriving license and availability for business tripsLocation: Full On-site (North-East of Milan)
