You are responsible for shaping and executing program level functional strategies including evidence generation plans and global tools that meet local requirements.

You will also be responsible for developing and executing against pull-through strategies for HEOR collateral.

This role may be required to execute HEOR tactics independently, or through central and external HEOR partners.

The role will report to the HEOR center of excellence with a dotted line into thePS Medical Affairs organization.

This position can be completed remotely with travel and can be located anywhere inEurope or US. Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver program level HEOR strategies that support product access and adoption objectivesWork collaboratively with Medical Affairs, Marketing and R&D colleagues to define customer value and evidence requirements; Support market shaping workshops to identify key value drivers and stakeholder needsDrive Evidence generation activities and plans in collaboration with the Regional Center of Excellence, Real World Analytics, and NPD Agile TeamsHelp shape and deliver HEOR projects that quantify unmet needs and drive issue awarenessExecute relevant HEOR tactics such as retrospective database analyses, chart reviews, real world evidence, clinical outcome assessments, literature reviews and development of HEOR tools such as health economic models, budget impact models, and value dossiersEngage with core new product development (NPD) teams to develop HEOR strategy for priority NPD programsEngage with external "Value and Access" KOLs to conduct research and gather insights to inform value creation and communicationQualifications and BackgroundMaster's degree (PhD or PharmD, or MD/DO) in related field with 3+ years of experience conducting HEOR research (Related fields include:

Health Services Research, Health Economics / Economics, Psychometrics, Health Policy, Outcomes Research, and Pharmacy Administration)Has substantial technical knowledge and extensive experience of planning and delivering HEOR programs, particularly launch deliverables, economic modelling and RWD studiesDemonstrated success in development and execution of product level HEOR strategies preferred Medical device experience preferredConsulting experience a plus
