Position: High Jewelry Grand VendeurLocation: Milan MontenapoleoneRole Type: Permanent, Full TimeBasic Salary: Negotiable + CommissionAbout the RoleIRD Consultancy is recruiting a Grand Vendeur for a globally renowned fine Jewellery brand, based in Milan most prestigious shopping district.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the embodiment of the brand's excellence, showcasing highest level of clienteling, forging deep and lasting relationships with VIP clients.
Your track record of achieving results in a dynamic, global setting will be crucial, as you deftly manage multiple priorities with precision and organisation. Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will have the opportunities to spearhead initiatives within the new High Jewellery directions for the flagship store to attract new clients and enhance the loyalty of existing ones. Main ResponsibilitiesNurture client relationships both in-store and externally, following client database activities and marketing guidelines. Communicate with management about opportunities to develop community relationships and explore potential events to boost brand awareness and loyalty. Maintain professionalism, approachability, knowledge, and graciousness in all interactions. Propose and plan sales initiatives for high jewellery products. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you will focus on expanding your network and growing your client portfolio, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new clients while developing exisiting client portfolio. About YouThe candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fine jewellery and strong track record of selling high jewellery/watches. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse clientele. Strong sales acumen with a results-oriented approach to exceed targets. Exceptional product knowledge, including expertise in gemstones, precious metals, and current jewelry trends.
Additional qualifications in jewelry-related courses are a valuable advantageDiscretion and integrity in handling valuable merchandise with professionalism. Proficiency in CRM techniques and tools to effectively manage customer relationships. Strong selling skills with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
