Do you have a solid experience in sales and client development within fine Jewelry and High Jewelry?

Do you create always a strong clienteling experience?

Do you possess a strong sense of luxury service, aesthetics and proactive approach?

Do you have very good interpersonal competences and ability to interact with international clientele in order to develop a network of loyal high-end clients?

Do you possess high resilience and composure, especially under pressure?

Are you a supportive team player, positive and contrastive at all times?

**What do we expect from you?

As a front-line representative of our high jewelry Maison, the High Jewelry Sales Associate is responsible for maximizing the sales on high value pieces.

He/she will also be accountable for ensuring each client receives an exceptional experience in line with our Van Cleef & Arpels values.

You will act as a role model, constantly nurture relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships

Your High Jewelry expertise in sales and client development within will ensure continuous support to the Boutique Manager and to the team

You will ensure client service excellence and seamless journey across the whole Maison selling ceremony
