Proactively lead to ensure safe working practices and programs are further developed and maintained throughout the Hub Service Europe for High Voltage.

Ensure accountability and high-level safety performance throughout the local organizations.

This position can be located in the **United Kingdom**, **Italy**, **Germany** or **Switzerland**.

**Your responsibilities

- Demonstrate a strong commitment towards health, safety and environmental standards and guidelines, management systems and procedures, in particular for on-site as well as workshop activities.

- Communicate all health and safety initiatives, processes and procedures throughout the 10 High Voltage Service Units in Europe to ensure all persons have a common and uniform understanding.

You will be working with the local HSE managers of every country.

- Take the lead for cross-country initiatives such as implementing a Life Saving Rules Compliance Review forum or Service Reward Program.

- Build up trust with the local teams.

Be compliant, but pragmatic in the solutions.

Train, coach and support the organization in health, safety and environmental issues.

- Monitor compliance of health, safety and environmental requirements and handle nonconformance issues according to relevant procedures.

- Roll-out where necessary, initiate and maintain quality input of a health and safety management system which meets the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 specifications.

- Carry out safety and environmental audits, investigate accidents and root causes, introduce, and supervise corrective actions.

**Your background

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

- Good understanding of health, safety and environmental standards in service environment

- Relevant working experience in a Service Environment

- Solutions oriented personality with analytic thinking

- Hold a Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Science, an HSE education or similar experiences.

- 15-20% travelling within Europe
