**Responsibilities**:

- Leads the design of test bench environments taking care of pinout requirements and connections and identifies the needed parts

- Leads the design of HIL considering pinouts and connections

- Leads the maintenance activities (e. g.

: new setup, issues. . . ) on test benches and HIL systems

- Aligns with different teams to match HW needs

- Facilitates the testers on using the HIL for Manual and Automatic tests

**Skills**:

Must have

- Requirements handling for HW parts

- Knowledge of Automotive Communication Buses (e. g.

: CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet)

- Team Leading and customer facing experience

- Hands on experience for ECU setup and configuration of test benches and HIL systems

- Experience with Automated Testing on HIL

- Vector Tool suite (e. g.

: CANOE, CANAlyzer. . . )
