What you'll do at Getir

Manage the entire life cycle of the employees and the personnel processes of our delivery people and store assistants, which include, butare not limited to:

hiring, onboarding, performance management, complaints and terminations.

Manage documentation for current and new hires, including contracts, legal documentation, and personal information.

Requirements Requirements

Proven experience in high volume talent acquisition - experience in hiring delivery agents is an asset

A positive, positive and willing attitude

An obsession with our delivery experience

Excellent communication skills that will allow you to integrate and drive the Getir DNA into the team, as well as ensuring that all back-of-house and operational procedures are followed.
