The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a HIS Sales Account (m/f/), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here you will make an impact by:
Direct sales promotion and support of the HIS product portfolio. Effective management of assigned and future customers located in the south of Italy. Responsibility for end-user training and education using various remote and live software tools. Identifying new sales needs and applications to continuously develop the customer base to create new and incremental opportunities. Proactive reporting of all new or unusual pertinent market conditions, competitive activities, and product performance information to supervisor and Marketing. Interaction with business groups and/or business management to identify target audiences and provide input to a communications plan. Collaborating with the HIS Italy Team to improve sales and product quality. Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher. Extensive experience in a similar role in a sales background and strong commercial attitude. Solid software background in the hospital market (OS Linux and Windows). AWS web services knowledge. Proven clinical competencies and IT skills (Database: MS Access, SQL Server, Oracle). Proven knowledge of the International classification systems for Diagnoses and Procedures. Ability to interact with customers in private and public sectors. Experience in building relationships at top management levels. Fluent in Italian and English. Work location: Remote within the south of Italy
Travel: at least 50% of working time
