Job purpose:At Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella, we stand out for our excellence, tradition, and innovation, values that inspire every aspect of our work. In this context, the company is seeking a Home Care Specialist to collaborate on the development of home care products, combining innovation and sustainability within the Research and Development department.

Responsibilities:

Support for the development of new fragrances and formulations for home products;Test and evaluate new raw materials, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards;Monitor the performance of products and gather feedback for potential improvementsDraft technical documentation and research reports;Coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of raw materials and packaging;

Qualifications:

Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science and Technology, Pharmacy, or related field;Previous experience in Research and Development in the home care and personal care or fragrance sectors;In-depth knowledge of raw materials and formulation technologies;Analytical skills and a strong inclination towards R&D;Good knowledge of the English language.
