In this context, the company is seeking a Home Care Specialist to collaborate on the development of home care products, combining innovation and sustainability within the Research and Development department. Responsibilities: Support for the development of new fragrances and formulations for home products; Test and evaluate new raw materials, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards; Monitor the performance of products and gather feedback for potential improvements; Draft technical documentation and research reports; Coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of raw materials and packaging; Qualifications: Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science and Technology, Pharmacy, or related field; Previous experience in Research and Development in the home care and personal care or fragrance sectors; In-depth knowledge of raw materials and formulation technologies; Analytical skills and a strong inclination towards R&D; Good knowledge of the English language.
