Your Role: As a Len the Plumber Heating and Air HVAC Service Technician, you'll take pride in:

Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems. Helping customers make informed and confident buying decisions. Installing and repairing air quality systems with expertise and care. What You'll Do: Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members. Maintain a fully stocked service vehicle. Perform system removals, new installations, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs. Ensure all work meets local HVAC codes. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance. What We're Looking For: Experience: 1-3 years in HVAC (residential experience preferred). Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; trade school or certifications are a plus. License: Valid driver's license (required).
