Role Purpose The Role's purpose is to conduct engineering design and homologation tests on Consumer CPEs.

All CPEs shall be tested and certified before launch in terms of physical connectivity performance and functionality.

This includes:

Conduct requirements analysis with P&S.

Marketing, Cops and other departments Define best solution with CPE vendors in order to match cost and time to market Conduct vendor development in order to manage time plan Certify all Consumer CPEs firmware towards Expected Functionality and CPE configurations Security controls implementation Management & Provisioning Reports the results to FAE/GNED/Local teams (TTE, Voice Core, IT) Participate in Lab or Field trials and test in the CPE homologation process Key Accountabilities Analyse project requirements toward CPE functionalities Conduct vendor analysis in order to define time plan Plan and execute allthe Functional, Interoperability & Performance Technical detailed testing Test the connectivity with CPE management system, TR-069 or SNMP.

Functionality and correct parameters of TR-69 implementation shall also be part or responsibilities Implement all voice related tests on CPEs including various voice clients or devices e. g.

softphones, IP phones, FAX devices etc.

Correspondence with CPE vendors, Group Network and CPE functional departments on handling CPE technical issues during the homologation process and trials Must Have Technical Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.

English language (Fluent oral and written) At least 3 years' experience in Fixed Access environment Good knowledge of the following networking technologies:

NGA networks VoIP/SIP IP Routing and Termination CPEs and CPE Management Relevant Networking related certifications are desirable and will be considered a plus
