The Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) honours and cares for the men and women of the Commonwealth forces who died in the First and Second World Wars, ensuring they will never be forgotten.

Funded by six Member Governments, our work began with building, and now maintaining, cemeteries at 23, 000 locations all over the world.

Today, over a century after we first began, our work continues through our staff, supporters and volunteers who preserve our unique cultural, horticultural and architectural heritage and ensure that the stories of those who died are told.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent (Master of Garden and Landscape Architecture, Master of Science in Life Sciences: horticulture, Bachelor of Green Management) and/or relevant experience in a managerial position in recreational horticulture.

- Strong skills of leadership and problem solving;

- Knowledge of ISO 45001 is preferable;

- Hands-on experience in project, change and performance management at operational level.

- Considerable practical experience in managing multi-site quality horticulture, including managing employees reporting to the position and contractors.

- Good command of written and spoken Italian and English.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato

Durata contratto: 12 mesi

Stipendio: €36. 000, 00 - €39. 000, 00 all'anno
