Pfizer is hiring a talented and passionate Hospital Portfolio Manager to lead/manage multichannel brand/customer strategies and tactical execution for selected retail products
The position is in the Italian Hospital Business Unit (BU) - Rome - and will report to the Portfolio Development Lead
Why Patients Need You- Hospital BU is a unique and dynamic place-to-be impacting millions of patients' lives having COVID antiviral therapy setting the standard of care for COVID, Anti-infectives brands in several stages providing life-saving treatments in Hospital/Retail setting and an exciting pipeline with breakthrough innovations- You will be responsible in the development and implementation of multichannel brand/customer strategies and tactical execution for selected retail products in close collaboration with Marketing Team, Digital Manager and Global/Cluster colleagues following Glocal approach.

Primary Responsibilities- Drive the in-country development and implementation of best-in-class customer strategies that meet business needs for selected Retail Brands of HBU Portfolio. - In collaboration with Hospital Digital Manager and Sr. Marketing Manager, responsible for the development and execution of the digital brand plan with an important operating expense budget- Develop customized value propositions, segmentation analysis to exploit full product attributes in different customer targets. - Execute the digital communication and tactical plan including the creation and execution of Newsletters, Mass-Mailings, Webinars, Video Pills, HCP Portal contents and others. - Performing detailed Market, Competitor and Performance Analysis, setting targets and KPIs with robust forecasting
What You Offer
Basic Qualifications:
- Min.
BA/BS in, Engineering, Economics or other technical discipline- Advanced in computer skills- Fluency of Italian and English language- Strong Analytical Skills, Comfortable with analyzing complex data and ability to work with metrics and KPIs to evaluate and optimize performance- Strong ability to drive collaboration and foster highly productive, functional relationships- Drive for optimization/excellence- Ability to independently drive program completion- Innovative mindset, resilience, and self-direction to excellence
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of commercial experience, preferably in Digital Marketing- Experience working in digital programs in Pharma field- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Italian Promotional Materials and promo activities procedures- Demonstrated history of leading innovation/transformation- Very good knowledge of Pfizer digital channels and operational processes
