**LOCATION

This position is located at our property in Venice, Italy.

**POSITION OVERVIEW

Aman Venice is looking for a Host/Hostess who will be responsible for greeting all guests that come into the restaurant and bar and assist them with their table selection, ensuring that all clients are comfortable throughout their dining experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greeting and escorting guests to the dining and bar areas

- Manage bar and restaurant reservations

- Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries

- Providing excellent customer service

**QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong organizational skills

- Fluent in both Italian and English

- Excellent presentation and grooming standard

- Previous experience in the role considered as a plus
