Person in charge of the welcoming department taking care of the management of the guest from arrival to farewell, customizing the dining experience according to the requests expressed before arrival and during.

In addition, he/she will ensure that the guest lives a unique experience, tailor-made, anticipating their needs and creating a climate of trust, in compliance with company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of at least two years in luxury hotels

- Knowledge of booking systems will be considered as an additional asset

- Excellent interpersonal skills and host-oriented approach

- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English.

Knowledge of a third language will be appreciated

- Knowledge of _Leading Quality Assurance _standards is considered a plus

- Team working

- Availability to work on evening shifts and weekend
