Sustainability is at the heart of our strategy. Currently, we are looking for a Hotel Hospitality Segment Manager. Mission:The resource will be responsible for the Hotel Hospitality sector. What will you do? The selected candidate will be responsible for:Defining a sector plan aimed at mapping market drivers, decision-making and procurement processes, and relevant stakeholders;Defining and guiding the development of Schneider Electric's Value Proposition for the sector;Directing marketing and communication activities to convey the Value Proposition in the target market;Defining and coordinating action plans for the relevant sector;Coordinating multi-area activities on End Users, design studies, general contractors, and installers;Setting up customer territorial coverage;Coordinating commercial and accounting activities of Italian sites for international clients;Coordinating national opportunities with commercial areas;Acting as Key Account Manager for directional clients/investors in the sector;Conducting periodic analysis of projects for new investments, tenders, and contracts;Developing and nurturing relationships with external stakeholders in the sector;Identifying and overseeing relevant Associations for the Sector;Managing Business Reviews with Global Segment Managers;Measuring performance, pipeline, and opportunity development periodically using BFO.
