Fairways Hotel Dundalk **is now looking for a **Duty Manager **to join the team!

**The Role**:

- To carry out the efficient running of a Duty Management shift in accordance with procedures by being responsible for the smooth running of the Hotel, while delivering the highest standard of customer service.

- To have a full knowledge of all products within the Hotel and the Hotel facilities.

- To complete and implement all standards of operations in accordance with the Deputy General Manager.

- To ensure all staff are allocated their daily duties.

- To ensure all equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings are maintained to a high standard.

- To comply with all legal regulations pertaining to Health, Safety, Fire and employment legislation.

- To deal with customer comments and complaints.

- To host wedding / function enquiries, organise the event and run the function on the day.

- To maximise revenue through promotions, new products and special offers in agreement with General/ Financial Manager.

- To facilitate effective communication within the team and throughout the Hotel.

**Requirements**:

- Have at least 2 years experience as an F&B Supervisor / Duty Manager in a 4* Hotel.

- Excellent attention to detail and administration skills.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
