This Time Tomorrow is a new hospitality brand that offers curated stays and values privacy, luxury and true local immersion.

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Front Desk Representative to join us in creating memorable off-menu experiences for our discerning guests.

What you will do: Guest Engagement: Proactively engage with guests throughout their journey with This Time Tomorrow: pre-arrival, during their stay and post-stay; all tailored to guest preferences.

Experience Management: Design curated personalized itineraries for guests that showcase special events, seasonal moments, and exclusive experiences, and work on upselling.

Reservations and Organization Management: Organize all reservations and requests.

Manage certain back-office functions and operations for the hotel: service provider management, invoicing, etc.

Be a Team Player: Work with inspiration in a small team dedicated to providing top-notch service with charm and character and be a hands-on person.

What you bring: 5 years of proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury boutique hotels.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests.

In-depth knowledge of the local culture of Florence, its people, attractions "hidden gems".

Entrepreneurial mindset and familiarity with hotel reservation and management systems.

Strong computer skills in general and Word and Excel in particular.

Strong customer service skills to meet guest requests and effectively resolve issues.

Fluent in Italian and English, with a third language preferred.
