**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk and guest services department, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest experiences.
- Lead and motivate a team, setting high standards for service delivery and ensuring optimal performance.
- Develop and implement efficient front office procedures and policies to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, resolving issues to maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor room availability and reservations to maximise room revenue and occupancy rates.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure a cohesive and knowledgeable front office team.
- Prepare and analyze reports, metrics, and financial data related to front-office operations, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager demonstrating leadership and team management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Familiarity with revenue management principles to optimise room revenue and occupancy.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing competing priorities effectively.
- A proactive and hands-on approach, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
