The Role We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager who is passionate about small-scale boutique hospitality.

Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operations of the villa and the Sequerciani estate, ensuring high-quality and personalized guest experiences.

• Lead and support a small, dedicated team, fostering collaboration and professionalism.

• Work closely with the owners to preserve the property's vision and authenticity.

• Coordinate with the estate's agricultural and culinary teams to integrate wine, olive oil, and farm-to-table offerings into the guest experience.

• Manage property presentation, ensuring all spaces reflect the charm and elegance of the boutique property.

• Occasionally assist in the coordination of small-scale events, such as wine tastings, private dinners, and seasonal gatherings.
