Join our prestigious cruise company as a Hotel Manager and lead a dedicated team in providing outstanding guest experiences aboard our luxury vessels.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee onboard hotel operations, managing a team of approximately 50 staff members.

Ensure top-tier service in accommodation, food & beverage, and guest relations.

Handle budgeting, inventory management, and P&L for hotel services.

Supervise daily operations and promptly address guest inquiries.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and maritime regulations.

Requirements: EU work eligibility (valid work permit or passport).

Proven leadership experience in hospitality management.

Professional appearance with no visible tattoos.

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Availability to begin on February 24th , including a two-week training program in Germany.
