Join our prestigious cruise company as a Hotel Manager and lead a dedicated team in providing outstanding guest experiences aboard our luxury vessels. Key Responsibilities:Oversee onboard hotel operations, managing a team of approximately 50 staff members. Ensure top-tier service in accommodation, food beverage, and guest relations. Handle budgeting, inventory management, and PL for hotel services. Supervise daily operations and promptly address guest inquiries. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and maritime regulations. Requirements:EU work eligibility (valid work permit or passport). Proven leadership experience in hospitality management. Professional appearance with no visible tattoos. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Availability to begin on February 24th, including a two-week training program in Germany.
