**Posizione:**:We are looking for an Hotel Manager for Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton located at Pointe-Noire, Congo.

The Hotel Manager, following the objectives in terms of customer satisfaction and economic performance of the company, will have to deal with:

- Organize, manage and supervise the hotel's services and operational departments;

- Pursue the objectives assigned by the company in terms of budget, cost maintenance (personnel, energy, meal cost, etc. )

and contribution margin;

- Guarantee the reputation of the structure, monitor the level of guest satisfaction and manage any complaints, including personally;

- Monitor the quality of services and propose actions to improve them;

- Promote internal growth and development projects for collaborators with potential;

- Supervise and ensure compliance with applicable regulations (eg HACCP, workplace safety, safety and fire regulations, privacy, etc.

);

- Interact with the Corporate offices in an effective and coherent way with the forecast of the General Management;

- Manage relations with suppliers and maintain good relations with the territory.

**Requisiti**:

- Previous experience in the role in 4-star chain hotels, preferably abroad;

- Strong orientation towards combining the role of coordination and supervision with one's own operational involvement;

- Operational experience and natural orientation towards people management;

- Strong customer orientation;

- Problem solving;

- Excellent commercial skills supported by knowledge of IT tools (channel manager) and the world of online distribution (OTA, BTA, . . . );

- Knowledge of English and, preferably, of French.
