**onhunters **is looking for a **GENERAL MANAGER **to join an interesting project in **ATHENS** for a one of largest international hotel groups( MELIA HOTELS) with presence in more than thirty countries.

Your main duties are planning, coordination and management of all hotel departments and the correct strategic alignment plans established by the OWNER

**Functions**:

- Lead the overall management and support all departments in the achievement of exceptional guest service.

- Manage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression.

- Adapt, promote and Implement strategies and action plans to achieve the established goals

- Revenue Management, control costs and identify areas of opportunity to achieve the business plan.

**Requirements**:

Essential advanced language skills in **Greek &** **English.

** **Spanish** **shall be considered positively.
